CanMonkey is the technology layer that solves trash day when you can't. What began as a local service has evolved into a nationwide SaaS platform, powering nearly 8,000 properties via a
15,000- person gig workforce across 31 states.
Principal Product Designer
Operating as the sole designer, I owned the 0-to-1 transformation of the entire ecosystem (Q3 2024–2025)—from leading the initial UX research and building the design system to the final Framer launch.
Research identified speed to action as the bottleneck. We structured user needs into tiered SaaS subscriptions and launched an OnDemand program for one-time cases. The phones went quiet because customers could finally pay instantly via Stripe—simultaneously solving support friction and boosting ARR .
Our vision was validated by an immediate surge in traffic, generating
$1.2M in Net Revenue, eclipsing $3M in ARR (H1) and a 16.7% lift in ticket size. This success propelled CanMonkey to #21 in Consumer Services on the 2025 Inc. 5000.
